Shanghai to Fuyang by BUS : 65元 4hrs
dep time : 08:30 ; 11:45 ; 16:30 (schedules here)

Shanghai to Hangzhou by TRAIN : 50元 1h30 ~ 2h30
Hangzhou to Fuyang by BUS : 10元 1h departure every 30min (schedules here)
Fuyang to Longmen by BUS : 5元 45min departure every 30min

TO LONGMEN :

SOLUTION 1 :

Friday evening : SH South Station (7~8:00PM) -> Hangzhou (9~10:00 PM) by bullet train. Sleep in HZ hotel
Saturday morning, take a bus to Fuyang then to Longmen. Arrival in Longmen at 10:00AM. (bus every 30min to Fuyang)
or find a driver to go straight to LongMen from Hangzhou.

SOLUTION 2 :

Saturday morning, take the 8h30AM bus to Fuyang.
Then change bus to Longmen. Arrival around 1:00PM in Longmen.

BACK TO SHANGHAI :

SOLUTION A :

Sunday noon : Longmen – Fuyang.
Take Fuyang to Shanghai direct bus.
(schedule might be : 07:10、07:45、08:35、11:45、14:20 .. but not sure as the page is from 2006)
let’s say we take a bus around 14:00PM, then arrival is around 18~19PM in Shanghai.

SOLUTION B :

Longmen – Fuyang – Hangzhou – Shanghai

Personally, I’d go for 1-A. Have a sleep in Hangzhou then head to FuYang.
Then Come back pretty smoothly by direct bus to Shanghai.
