On tomb sweeping festival (清明节) we headed for Wenzhou (温州) and then Taishun county (泰顺县) to discover those wonderful ancient bridges, set in relaxing countryside, far away from the Shanghai concrete.
Sleeping Bus from Shanghai, departure 23:00, arrival at 6:00AM in Wenzhou, where we took another bus to Sixi (泗溪) at 09:50AM.

2 hrs later we arrived in Sixi and started stroll around to see two of them.

After lunch, we took a bus heading to Taishun via the new Sixi-Taishun expressway and he dropped us at walking distance from YongQing bridge (永庆桥). There we took a three-wheel motorcycle with a trunk and arrived at Liuzhai bridge (刘宅桥) where we spent the night.

Day 2: call the guy with the three wheel ‘car’ and ask him about a full day rental. He’s ok. Let’s go.
En route to Zhouling (洲岭) we stroll to Santiao bridge (三条桥) set afar from the road, 15min walk, upon a fresh ‘quite clear’ stream. Enjoy a sunbathing time!

back in the car, we continue to Zhouling, have lunch there, and check the very pretty Yuwen bridge (毓文桥). Gorgeous.

Hop again, to Xiaocun (筱村) and the Wenxing bridge (文兴桥) where we planned to camp… but this one is not flat! and people living nearby and using it everyday… we preferred to camp on a hill next to it.

Day 3 : walk back to XiaoCun and take bus at noon, heading back straight to WenZhou - arrival at 3:00PM.
